We made it!
Finally in South Korea!
The flight was long, but all the perks that came with it were amazing. Every seat had a personal screen and you could watch movies, play games, listen to music, etc. and all for free!
Today is our first day traveling around Seoul. Our first stop was to visit the Palace, where we watched the changing of the guards. Walking around and looking at the palace grounds, we were able to really appreciate the beauty of the architecture. And the construction and functionality of the buildings was amazing.
After lunch we were able to attend a free Traditional Korean Musical Performance. It was a great experience to listen to the announcers and singers without actually understanding the language they were speaking, but at the same time able to know what was going on. The dancers moved around like they were on rollerblades.
Our first day was a great introduction to South Korea.
