Today, another group visited a factory. To hear about the experience and read the stories from others is one thing. It is an entirely different reality upon actually meeting and talking with people who work these hard, dangerous jobs everyday so they can provide for their families.

Today was our first day visiting the Migrant Worker’s Television Station. We quickly found out their One Golden Rule.

Stopping at a bank to exchange money, we all learned first hand what customer service really means in Korea.
Our group was sitting in the lobby of the bank, when the Bank Director came out. He spoke with Chang and was extremely friendly and pleased that we choose his bank. After a couple of minutes he disappeared into his office.

Finally in South Korea!
The flight was long, but all the perks that came with it were amazing. Every seat had a personal screen and you could watch movies, play games, listen to music, etc. and all for free!

Friday is almost here!
The production team will meet at the JFK Airport, Friday at 11:00 a.m. to fly to South Korea. A direct 14 1/2 hour flight awaits us!

This summer the production team will travel to South Korea and Thailand to participate in community service work at the Migrant Worker’s Television Station and at the Mae Oon Lae Refugee camp.
But, the trip costs money, as all things in this world do.
